User Service Agreement (Global Compliance Edition)

This agreement is part two of the complete legal package and applies to all use of our apps and related services distributed to global users through APPstore, Google Play, and other compliant channels.

I. General Rules

1.1 Nature of Agreement

This User Service Agreement is a legally binding agreement between us and you regarding your use of our app products and related services (collectively, "Services"). It applies globally and aligns with service terms and governance requirements of APPstore, Google Play, and compliant monetization partners, together with applicable laws.

1.2 Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using our app products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement, the Privacy Policy, and other relevant in-app rules (including ad rules and in-app purchase rules). If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use our app products.

1.3 Updates

We may update this agreement due to legal changes, platform policies, monetization policies, service optimization, or regulatory requirements. Updated terms will be notified via in-app popups, push notices, or in-app announcements. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated terms.

II. Service Content and Scope

2.1 Core Services

We provide full-feature app services for utility and efficiency scenarios, with continuous stability and quality optimization.

2.2 Monetization-Related Services

  • IAA advertising services: compliant ad formats such as app-open/splash, interstitial, banner, rewarded video, and other permitted forms may appear in app experiences. Ads are supplied by compliant third-party networks and reviewed for legality and appropriateness.
  • IAP services: paid features and value-added services (for example premium feature unlock, ad removal, expanded capability tiers) are purchased through app stores. Payment and refund handling follows store rules.

2.3 Additional Services

Additional services may include customer support, troubleshooting, version updates, feature tuning, and usage guidance.

2.4 Service Limits

We may temporarily limit or suspend certain service functions based on server load, abnormal behavior, compliance requirements, or regulatory changes. Some features may be unavailable in certain regions due to local legal restrictions or platform requirements.

III. User Rights and Obligations

3.1 User Rights

  • Right to use compliant services under this agreement.
  • Right to submit feature and service feedback.
  • Right to privacy and security protections as described in legal policies.
  • Right to request IAP refunds under applicable app-store conditions.
  • Right to delete account, uninstall app, and stop using services.

3.2 User Obligations

  • Comply with this agreement, privacy policy, local laws, app-store rules, and monetization partner policies.
  • Do not use services for illegal or abusive conduct, including fraud, fake traffic, malware activities, harmful or illegal content dissemination, rights infringement, or ecosystem disruption.
  • Do not tamper with code, bypass payment controls, reverse restrictions, or use unauthorized scripts/plugins.
  • Keep account and device secure; notify us promptly in case of theft/loss risks.
  • Provide truthful and complete information where submission is required.
  • Minors must use services with guardian consent according to applicable law.
  • Do not transfer, rent, lend, or commercially resell the app/service without our prior written authorization.

IV. Our Rights and Obligations

4.1 Our Rights

  • To provide, optimize, and update app products and services.
  • To monitor and review usage behavior and enforce policies by warning, restricting, suspending, or terminating service where violations are identified.
  • To process information under this agreement and privacy policy for service delivery, lawful monetization, compliance checks, and security controls.
  • To present IAA ads and configure IAP offerings with prior transparency for major changes.
  • To suspend/terminate service for force majeure, infrastructure failure, legal or regulatory reasons.
  • To pursue legal remedies for violations and cooperate with regulators.

4.2 Our Obligations

  • Provide stable, lawful, and quality services with reasonable operational effort.
  • Protect personal information in line with applicable privacy and cybersecurity law.
  • Review third-party ad content and remove non-compliant ad material.
  • Assist with eligible IAP refund procedures under app-store frameworks.
  • Maintain responsive support channels for consultation, feedback, and complaints.
  • Provide regular updates for bug fixing, security hardening, and user experience improvement.
  • Disclose service scope, monetization model, and legal terms transparently without deceptive practices.
  • Cooperate with legal audits and remediate identified compliance issues in a timely manner.

V. Supplemental Monetization Terms (IAA + IAP)

5.1 IAA Advertising Terms

  • Ad sources: compliant platforms may include Google AdMob, Google Ad Manager, AppLovin MAX, Unity Ads, ironSource LevelPlay, Meta Audience Network, Mintegral, Pangle, Liftoff/Vungle, Chartboost, InMobi, Moloco, Smaato, Start.io, and other qualified providers.
  • Ad presentation: app-open/splash, interstitial, banner, rewarded video, and other compliant formats may be used. Ad display must not destroy core functionality. Some free features may depend on ad-supported mode.
  • Ad data: ad viewing/click/conversion and anti-fraud telemetry may be processed by ad partners for campaign measurement and optimization under their privacy rules and applicable law.
  • Ad liability: if ad content is deceptive, illegal, or non-compliant, responsibility lies with the ad provider and advertiser. We assist user reporting and remove problematic creatives where required.

5.2 IAP Terms

  • Purchases are completed through APPstore/Google Play and subject to those platform payment rules.
  • Price and validity are clearly displayed and may vary by region, currency, and promotions.
  • Refunds follow app-store official policies; we assist process submission, and final decisions are platform-based.
  • After successful purchase, paid rights are provided for the valid period. If service disruption occurs due to product faults, we will repair in time and may extend validity or assist refunds as applicable.

VI. Service Suspension and Termination

6.1 Service Suspension

Temporary suspension may occur for maintenance, system upgrades, compliance checks, force majeure, or legal needs. We will provide advance notice where feasible and restore service as soon as practical.

6.2 Service Termination

  • You may terminate use at any time by uninstalling the app or deleting your account.
  • We may terminate service if you violate this agreement, privacy policy, laws, or platform policies. Where legally allowed, fees already paid may be non-refundable in severe violation scenarios.
  • If service stops due to product shutdown, legal changes, or regulatory directives, we provide advance notice (for example 30 days where feasible) and handle data and unconsumed paid rights according to law and policy.

VII. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

Intellectual property in app products and related services, including but not limited to code, UI, logos, textual assets, and algorithms, belongs to us and is protected by applicable IP laws.

7.2 User-Generated Content

Content generated by you remains yours. You authorize us to process necessary content for service delivery and optimization, without unauthorized commercialization and without violating your privacy rights.

7.3 Infringement Prohibition

You must not use services to infringe third-party intellectual property. Violations are your responsibility, and we may terminate service and pursue legal remedies.

VIII. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law

The conclusion, performance, interpretation, and dispute handling of this agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Where local mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides stronger mandatory protections, those mandatory provisions may prevail to the extent required.

8.2 Dispute Path

Disputes should first be resolved by friendly consultation. If no settlement is reached, either party may submit the dispute to a competent court at our domicile jurisdiction.

8.3 Continued Effect

During dispute resolution, non-disputed clauses remain valid and enforceable.

IX. Miscellaneous

9.1 Severability

If any clause is invalid, voidable, or unenforceable, remaining clauses remain effective.

9.2 No Waiver

Failure or delay in exercising rights does not constitute waiver of those rights.

9.3 Notice Method

Notices may be delivered through in-app announcements, push notices, customer channels, or equivalent valid methods, and are deemed delivered upon issuance under applicable rules.

9.4 Effective Date and Termination Condition

This agreement takes effect when you download, install, or use our app products. After you stop using the app and delete your account, this agreement terminates automatically, except clauses that survive by nature (for example retention, disclaimer, and legal compliance obligations).

X. Additional Business and Service Clarifications

10.1 Service Quality Scope

We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuity, performance, and reliability of services. However, temporary degradation may occur due to telecommunications variability, third-party outages, app-store infrastructure events, or mandatory legal adjustments.

10.2 Partner Dependency Notice

Certain functions, including advertising delivery and purchase verification, depend on third-party platforms. We will coordinate remediation where issues occur, but final platform-level processing timelines may vary.

10.3 Responsible Monetization

We implement monetization with user-experience boundaries. Ads should not block core use flows in a way that violates platform policy. Paid feature descriptions are disclosed before purchase whenever applicable.

Appendix: User Questions and Agreement Interpretation

What if local law conflicts with this agreement?
Mandatory local law provisions prevail where required by jurisdiction.

Can this agreement be changed without notice?
No. Material updates are announced through in-app notices or equivalent channels.

Does account deletion terminate all obligations?
Most obligations terminate, but clauses that must survive by nature remain effective.
